Following up on the direction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, and the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Ma'ruf Amin, to improve the quality of human resources (HR), the Minister of Education and Culture (Mendikbud) Nadiem Anwar Makarim, established four main education policy programs Merdeka Belajar or Emancipated Learning. The program includes the National Standard School Examination (USBN), National Examination (UN), Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), and Zoning Regulations for Admission of New Students (PPDB). "Four main education policy programs will be a direction for future learning that focuses on the direction of the President and Vice President in improving the quality of human resources," said the Minister of Education and Culture at the launch of the Four Principal Educational Policies "Emancipated Learning".
